Enjoy restful holidays in one of our five bright, each of them special holiday apartments and feel the unique connection of nature and comfort. The floors and furniture are made of wood and handmaded by a carpenter to size, the walls are painted with a natural colour, that caters your healthy and natural rest.

In addition, all holiday apartments at Stöckerhof as well as the Blumenhaus next door have a cosy bedroom, a sunny living room with a comfortable sitting area, a large balcony or terrace with a panoramic view of the surrounding orchards and the mountains, spacious bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer, a kitchen as well as satellite TV and Internet connection. Every balcony and the terrace, is equipped with table and chairs, parasol or awning and a clothes horse.

Included are:

• In the flats: bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, electricity and heating
• The use of all facilities of our house, such as swimming pool, deck chairs, parking, garage, bicycles, etc.
• Internet
• Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass.
• You will receive a city map on your arrival with all useful information.
• To borrow: hiking maps, hiking- history- and other books and daily newspaper

• Please bring towels for the garden and the swimming pool from home.
     Arrival:
  
  • Our holiday apartments are clean and ready to move in from 3 pm. We ask for your understanding that we need the time before to prepare them, because it is very important to us that you will find them clean and well-kept. You are welcome to arrive earlier and relax in the garden, take a refreshment in the pool or go on a walk or stroll in the city; in the meantime, you can leave the car in our parking area.
  • If you arrive later than 8 pm we kindly ask you for a short notification.
  • We are happy to pick you up at Meran station after previous arrangement.
  
  Departure:
  
  • We ask you to leave the apartment at 10 am at the latest so that we can prepare everything for the new guests.
  • We are thankful when you leave the apartment clean, as you found it when you came.
  • Of course, it will be a pleasure for us to take you back to Meran station for your journey home.
  
  Cancellation of the holiday:
  Before you start your holiday something unexpected can happen. There will be no fees for cancellation when you cancel 6 months in advance. After this date will be 80% of the complete sum the cost for cancellation. The cost for late arrival and early departure will be 100%.
  
  For cancellations our request:
  Please inform us as early as possible when you have to cancel your holiday. In this case we try to rent the apartment to someone else reserve the right to reduce the cancellation costs. In order to avoid any expenses in case of late or no-show due to illness or other valid reasons, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
  
                                                                 Payment method:
  
  • We prefer payment in cash. Otherwise there is also the possibility to transfer the rent to our bank account before your arrival. Please contact us for the data.
  
  Other information:
  
  • We are a non-smoking house and kindly ask you to smoke outside only. According to state law, smoking is not allowed in all guest rooms, restaurants, public facilities, etc.
  • We are sorry, pets cannot be allowed in the holiday apartments.
